I am a qualified CBT and EMDR practitioner/supervisor with over 15 year's experience working as a mental health professional (10 years prior experience as a counsellor). My work started within the NHS within IAPT, before I moved to providing mental health support at XR Therapeutics providing XR (virtual reality) treatments, which can be accessed via our studio in Gateshead, or remotely. I am a trained EMDR practitioner and consultant supervisor with experience of working with complex trauma, who has also worked with adults and children, with neurotypical and neurodiverse presentations.
