BACP Accredited counsellor/psychotherapist, EMDR Accredited practitioner and clinical supervisor with over 18 years experience. I work with individuals and couples presenting with a wide range of issues. I have extensive experience in safely working with trauma, sexual abuse as well as addictions, bereavement and loss. I work with a Person-Centred approach and believe that every individual has a natural potential for growth, change and self-determination. I have had a long interest in body psychotherapy and somatic psychology. My counselling practice is informed by the latest research in neuroscience, the fundamental interconnection between mind and body and how trauma impacts the body and the nervous system.
