Colleen Heenan

I am an HCPC registered Counselling Psychologist, UKCP member, and EMDR UK & Ireland accredited practitioner with extensive experience providing therapeutic counselling and psychotherapy since the 1980s. I work with a wide range of concerns, from short-term crises to longer-term attachment difficulties, using approaches including EMDR, Attachment-Focused EMDR, and psychodynamic therapy. My professional background includes work across the voluntary sector, NHS services, research, and teaching, which has given me broad experience supporting people through complex emotional and psychological challenges. I offer online video therapy, allowing me to work with clients both in the UK and internationally.
