I am a HCPC registered Clinical Psychologist, a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist, and an EMDR Europe accredited psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience working in NHS and private mental health services. I work with adults and young people aged 16 and over, supporting a wide range of difficulties including anxiety, OCD, depression, low self-esteem, trauma, PTSD, substance misuse, and work-related challenges. I offer evidence-based therapies including CBT, EMDR, ACT, and Compassion Focused Therapy, with appointments available both online and in person. Alongside my clinical work, I am an accredited CBT Clinical Supervisor and Trainer, and I am committed to providing compassionate, high-quality care that is tailored to each person's needs.
