Fay Kalapoda

I am an experienced therapist accredited in both Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). My approach combines practical strategies to strengthen resilience with trauma-focused therapy to help clients process difficult past experiences and move forward with greater confidence. I aim to provide a warm, non-judgemental space where we can work together towards meaningful and lasting change, using clinical outcome measures where appropriate to monitor progress. I currently offer online therapy sessions, supporting clients to achieve their goals in a way that is both flexible and effective.
