I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor, EMDR Europe Accredited Consultant, and BACP Counselling Supervisor with experience providing therapy since 2008. I have worked across a range of settings including the NHS, charities, sexual violence services, and employee assistance programmes, supporting people with diverse emotional and psychological challenges. I offer a professional and compassionate approach, drawing on my extensive clinical experience to provide a safe and supportive space for therapy. I also provide supervision to counsellors and therapists as part of my professional practice.
