I am a UKCP-registered Integrative Child and Adolescent Psychotherapist and Accredited EMDR therapist with over 30 years of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families. I specialise in disrupted attachment, developmental trauma, adoption-related issues, and working with young people who have experienced complex trauma. I integrate EMDR with a range of therapeutic approaches, drawing on extensive experience in trauma-informed practice to provide compassionate, tailored support. My aim is to help children, young people, and families build resilience, strengthen relationships, and promote lasting emotional wellbeing.
