I’m a BACP Accredited Counsellor and EMDR Europe Accredited Practitioner with over 25 years’ experience supporting people through a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties. Since completing my EMDR training in 2008, I have developed a particular passion for trauma-informed therapy and have undertaken further training in attachment-informed and IFS-informed EMDR. My background includes working in charity, occupational health, and specialist trauma settings, including supporting survivors of sexual assault and clients through Employee Assistance Programmes. I also provide clinical supervision to counsellors and therapists, drawing on my extensive experience across different therapeutic and professional environments.
