Hi, I'm Rebecca and I am a fully qualified and BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist and EMDR Europe/UK accredited EMDR practitioner working from my consulting rooms in Pudsey, Leeds (LS28) and also remotely via video or telephone. I have many years experience working with people with a variety of mental health difficulties such as Depression, anxiety-based problems (Social Anxiety, General Anxiety, Health Anxiety, OCD, Phobias, Panic, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder), complicated Grief and Bereavement.
