Sandra Gladh
I am an integrative psychotherapist with an MSc in Psychology, trained to degree level in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and currently completing a doctorate in counselling psychology. My approach combines psychodynamic, humanistic, CBT, and EMDR therapies, allowing me to tailor treatment to each client's individual needs and goals. With over 10 years of experience, I work with adults, adolescents, and children, supporting concerns including trauma, PTSD, childhood trauma, attachment difficulties, relationship challenges, anxiety, social anxiety, and phobias through both short- and long-term therapy. I am a member of the BACP and the British Psychological Society, accredited by the National Counselling Society, an EMDR Europe Accredited Clinical Supervisor/Consultant, and I also provide clinical supervision, EMDR supervision, and professional training for organisations.
