I am an experienced psychotherapist, BACP Accredited Counsellor, and accredited EMDR Practitioner with over 20 years of experience supporting people through a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties. I work with clients experiencing trauma, PTSD, childhood trauma, relationship difficulties, bereavement, anxiety, depression, burnout, perinatal mental health challenges, and chronic pain. I take a collaborative approach, working with you to understand your needs and develop a therapeutic plan that supports your goals. My practice is informed by compassion, social awareness, and a commitment to providing an inclusive and supportive space.
