I offer a warm, safe, professional, and nonjudgmental space where adults and couples can explore their thoughts and feelings, gain understanding, and move forward at their own pace. I am a Counsellor/Psychotherapist and EMDR Accredited Consultant with over 25 years’ experience in NHS and private practice. I work with adults, offering individual therapy and couples counselling for various emotional concerns. I also provide EMDR therapy - an evidence-based approach for trauma, PTSD, anxiety, panic, fears, phobias, and distressing life experiences. Therapy can help you feel more understood, confident, and better equipped to cope. I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and an EMDR Accredited Consultant with EMDR UK.
