I am a UK/EU fully accredited EMDR Therapist and Supervisor, NET Therapist, and Mental Health Nurse with 29 years of experience supporting people with trauma and mental health difficulties. I specialise in helping individuals process traumatic experiences, reduce distress, and overcome challenges such as PTSD, anxiety, stress, guilt, and self-doubt using EMDR and trauma-focused approaches. I provide a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment where we can work together at your own pace towards healing and emotional resilience. My aim is to help you feel more in control, confident, and able to move forward with greater peace of mind.
