CY&A Psychology offers a warm, understanding and reassuring experience at what is often a stressful or worrying time. Our expertise is in offering tailored approaches that draw on specialist, evidence-based therapeutic interventions using creative and engaging techniques with a welcoming and nurturing attitude to help children, adolescents and young adults overcome difficulties of any degree. We have a team of 6 Clinical Psychologists who are trained in adult and child and adolescent EMDR. For younger children we use creative approaches such as Sand-tray EMDR and Narrative EMDR. For adolescents and adults we use standard techniques. We are committed to maintaining a high standard of care.
