I am Dr Dean Whybrow, a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Psychological Therapies, with extensive training and experience in mental health care. I hold qualifications in mental health nursing, cognitive behavioural therapy, organisational health and wellbeing, and I am a fully accredited CBT therapist and EMDR Practitioner. I am registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council as a mental health nurse and use evidence-based approaches to support people experiencing psychological difficulties. My aim is to provide compassionate, effective therapy tailored to each individual’s needs.
