Lesley Butlin

I am a UKCP-registered psychotherapist, accredited EMDR therapist, and qualified counsellor with over 20 years of experience as a Mental Health Nurse in the NHS, alongside running a private psychotherapy practice since 1995. I work with adults, children, young people, and families, offering a supportive and collaborative approach tailored to each person's needs. I believe the therapeutic relationship is central to effective therapy, so I offer an initial meeting to explore your goals and determine whether we are a good fit. My role is to help you understand the changes you want to make and support you throughout that process.
