I am an accredited Existential Psychotherapist with the UKCP, an accredited EMDR Europe practitioner, and a Professional Global Coach accredited by the EMCC. My practice integrates existential psychotherapy, EMDR, transformational coaching, and existential coaching, offering both time-limited and open-ended support tailored to each client's goals. I work with individuals and couples aged 18 and over, providing sessions primarily online, with in-person appointments in London by arrangement. I offer therapy and coaching in both English and Italian, and divide my practice between London and Rome.
