My practice specialises in Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), and I have extensive experience supporting both adolescents and adults. Having worked across the NHS and private sector, I provide evidence-informed psychological therapy tailored to each person's individual needs in a safe and supportive environment.
